What is TomCRM?
TomCRM is a CRM and automation platform that helps UK small businesses reply to every enquiry fast, follow up automatically and keep clients in one place. It covers contacts and pipelines, email, SMS and WhatsApp, forms, booking calendars, review requests and workflows, depending on the plan. See the features.
Who is TomCRM for?
TomCRM is built for UK service businesses: will writers, estate planners, kitchen and bathroom fitters, landscapers, roofers, and start-ups and SMEs. Each has its own page and free assessment.
Is TomCRM built on GoHighLevel?
Yes. TomCRM runs on HighLevel (GoHighLevel), set up and supported by a UK team for UK small businesses. HighLevel is named as our main sub-processor in the Data Processing Agreement.
How much does TomCRM cost?
Plans start at £99 a month. Growth and Professional add more automation and support. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 11. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is only charged when the trial ends, at your plan's monthly or yearly price, and if you cancel within the 14 days you are not charged. The pricing page has the plans and prices.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term on monthly plans: you can cancel at any time by written notice, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly billing period in which you give it. This is clause 4.2 of our customer terms. Yearly plans are paid upfront for 12 months and are not refunded if cancelled early: see the pricing page.
Are there any charges on top of the plan?
Only for what you use: calls, SMS, email sending, WhatsApp and some Ai features are charged at the cost to us from HighLevel plus 5%, and every plan includes $10 of usage credit a month. Usage charges lists the current rates.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. You can set it up yourself at no cost, book guided setup sessions from £250, or have us build it for you from £750. The pricing page has the details.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
Your account data is held on HighLevel’s platform in the United States. HighLevel is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and encrypts data in transit and at rest, and our Data Processing Agreement covers the personal data you put into TomCRM, including during any trial or set-up. What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export it yourself, or ask us for a full export, within 30 days of leaving; after that we delete it and confirm in writing on request. This is in our customer terms.
How do I stop my emails landing in spam?
Set up a dedicated email sub-domain for your sending, such as mail.yourbusiness.co.uk. Our help centre has a video showing how.
How do I get more leads from the enquiries I already have?
Reply faster and follow up every time. A 2007 study of more than 15,000 leads found the odds of qualifying a lead were 21 times higher when it was called within five minutes rather than after 30 (Lead Response Management Study, InsideSales.com and Dr James Oldroyd).
