Why TomCRM Exists
Technology should enhance, not replace, the human element in business
Many businesses face the same problems: inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and disconnected systems that create more work instead of less. We built TomCRM to bridge those gaps.
We tried every major CRM on the market and a range of smaller bespoke solutions. None of them worked the way we needed them to. They were either too complex, too expensive, or built for massive sales teams, not businesses where one person handles everything from quoting to invoicing.
So we built our own and configured it around the workflows we actually use every day. It worked so well that other business owners started asking us to set one up for them. That is how TomCRM was born. A CRM built by business owners, for small businesses, growing businesses, and SMEs, enabling them to focus on what truly matters: building relationships, achieving results, and making a positive impact.

A Chartered Engineer with over 17 years of experience in highly regulated industries, including aerospace, high-pressure systems, and wind turbines.
